　Zhongyuan Pipeline Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (formerly Hebei Zhongyuan Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) is located in the Southern Industrial Zone of Yanshan County, Hebei Province. The company occupies a site of 545,000 square meters, with a total building area of 210,000 square meters, total assets of RMB 1.1 billion, and a workforce of 613 employees. It operates 13 state-of-the-art spiral seam double-sided submerged arc welded steel pipe production lines, two three-layer polyolefin (PE, PP) coating lines ranging from φ219 to φ2420 mm, two internal and external liquid epoxy anti-corrosion lines from φ406.4 to φ3620 mm, and two internal and external epoxy powder anti-corrosion lines from φ406.4 to φ2540 mm. High‑standard physicochemical laboratories and advanced testing equipment provide reliable assurance of product quality. The company’s flagship products include spiral seam double-sided submerged arc welded steel pipes and coated steel pipes, with diameters ranging from φ219 to φ3620 mm, wall thicknesses of 5–25.4 mm, and steel grades from B to X100. Its products comply with standards including API Spec 5L, EN 10217, AWWA C200, GB/T 9711, GB/T 3091, GB/T 23257 (anti-corrosion), GB/T 18593 (anti-corrosion), SY/T 0315 (anti-corrosion), SY/T 0442 (anti-corrosion), SY/T 0413 (anti-corrosion), SY/T 0447 (anti-corrosion), SY/T 0457 (anti-corrosion), DIN 30670 (anti-corrosion), AWWA C210 (anti-corrosion), CJ/T 120, and others.

　Our company has an annual production capacity of 1 million tons of steel pipes and 1.6 million square meters of anti-corrosion steel pipes. Our products are now available across all provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China and are exported to countries and regions including Venezuela, Iran, India, Pakistan, Chile, Spain, Canada, the Netherlands, Peru, and Italy.

　　Since 2000, the company has successively obtained ISO 9001 certification for the international quality management system, ISO 14001 certification for the international environmental management system, GB/T 28001 certification for the occupational health and safety management system, as well as China National Petroleum Corporation’s (HSE) certification for health, safety, and environmental management. It has also achieved API Spec Q1 system certification and API Spec 5L product certification from the American Petroleum Institute, along with the European Union’s Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) certification for boilers and pressure vessels. Furthermore, the company holds a special equipment manufacturing license for pressure pipelines and other relevant certifications and permits. In May 2011, it was designated a Tier‑1 material supplier by China National Petroleum Corporation; in 2012, it became a group‑level qualified supplier for both China Guodian Corporation and China Huadian Corporation; in March 2014, it was recognized as a qualified supplier by China Petrochemical Corporation; and in December 2015, it was awarded China’s Class I qualification for corrosion protection construction and the China Corrosion Protection Safety Certificate. In March 2017, both the “Shixing‑brand epoxy powder‑coated steel pipe for water supply” and the “Shixing‑brand liquid epoxy‑coated steel pipe for water supply” received Hebei Province’s hygiene approval certificates for domestically produced products related to drinking‑water hygiene and safety.
