Spiral welded steel pipe is manufactured by rolling strip steel into coils, forming the pipe at room temperature, and then welding it using an automated double-wire, double-sided submerged-arc welding process. Spiral welded steel pipes are primarily used in the petrochemical industry, the power industry, agricultural irrigation, the chemical industry, urban construction, and municipal water supply projects.

  The spiral steel pipe production line feeds the strip steel into the welded pipe mill, where the strip is gradually rolled into a circular tube blank with an open seam. By adjusting the penetration of the squeeze rolls and ensuring that both ends of the weld are flush, the weld gap is maintained within the range of one to three millimeters.
  
  Spiral steel pipes can be used for fluid conveyance, including drainage, water supply, and oil transportation.
