The outer surface employs hot‑melt winding technology, forming a three‑layer epoxy coating at the base—comprising an adhesive layer in the middle and a polyethylene protective layer on the exterior. The inner surface is protected by a hot‑spray epoxy powder coating process. The powder is heated to high temperatures until it melts, then uniformly applied to the pipe’s inner surface to create a steel–plastic alloy layer.
