When processing Zhongyuan spiral weld pipes, weld joint processing is crucial to Zhongyuan spiral weld pipes. Usually there are three types of weld joint processing. Weld joints in processing will be discussed below:
Type-I weld joints of Zhongyuan spiral weld pipes: all the weld joints in Y-branch pipes. 2. Longitudinal joints on steel pipe walls. 3. Circumferential welds of steel pipes. 4. Type-III weld joints of Zhongyuan spiral weld pipes: weld joints of auxiliary parts can only bear small stress, and their repair shall not stop power generation or water injection.
